Began as a temporary to provide computer support services for a maternity-leave before being hired as a full-time Computer Support Specialist. Provide on-going software and hardware support to 280+ employees on 280 DOS PC's, 7 Sun SPARCStations, and 2 Data General Aviions. Responsible for tracking all computer hardware and software purchasing.

Non-Job Experience:

Operating a Debian GNU/Linux server for the domains fireopal.org and ytilaer.com. Services currently available through the domains include mail (with webmail access), e-mail lists, web hosting, and secure terminal access.
Operated a telecommunications conference center (Fire Opal, running BinkleyTerm front-end and Maximus, as well as various other utilities). Provide set-up, training and support for others in setting up home PC's, full-scale electronic bulletin board systems (BBS's), and single-person message exchange centers. At home, I have the options of running Windows NT 4.0, Windows 95, Windows 98, OS/2 Warp, or Linux.
